Revlon Tutti Frutti Colourburst Lip Butter Review

Hello my lovelies, hope your all well! And enjoying any sunshine you've been having, I know we definitely haven't! *sighs*

This is just a review on my Revlon Lip butter what I've been wearing pretty much all the time!!

REVLON LIP BUTTER - TUTTI FRUTTI

Revlon's Colourburst Lip Butters are probably the most popular
lipstick release of the last few years. Everyone has one ( near enough ) or has at least read
numerous reviews about them.
Revlon claims that these sheer, moisturizing lipsticks contain beneficial
ingredients like coconut, mango and shea butters.
Revlon says that the "gel formula provides supercharged hydration and glides on your lips
like butter. ( Indeed it does )

I'll try to contain myself and not absolutely gush about how much I love the packaging
for these lipsticks.
Each Revlon Lip butter comes in a silver twist up tube with the Revlon
logo printed on the black base at the bottom. The translucent plastic caps are colour
coordinated to each shade. Two sides of the cap have a quilted, textured design embossed into them, the other two sides are smooth.

On me, Tutti Frutti wears for about 2 hours which I can give or take with this, keep it in your bag
to touch up and your good to go!
The entire Lip Butter Collection line is void of scents and flavours, which is a good thing, but at the same time its a little bit of a let down.
I mean, can you imagine how good they would be if the flavour matched its name?!
RRP £8

Alright so that's just a little bit of a review on the lip butter  /  s

Hope you enjoyed it and learnt something about these baby's.

Review- GOSH Growth Mascara

Hello my lovelies, here's just a quick review of this mascara that I have been enjoying thoroughly.

GOSH GROWTH MASCARA

I have been using this mascara for about two weeks now, and have enjoyed
using it every day.
This plastic bristled brush is fantastic to get right from the water line to the tops of your lashes.
It makes my lashes voluminous and longer.
It is probably the blackest black mascara I've ever used.

This is an 'attempt' of taking a picture of my eye. (struggled)
As you can see they are quite long here, longer than normal anyway!
I love how this gets right down to the roots of my lashes. It also comes off really nicely
which for me is top marks! With other mascaras (sometimes), no matter how much
you cleanse your eye makeup, it will still leave some residue when I wake up in the morning.
NOT GOOD! But with this, A good cleanser and wipes will do the trick,
no more panda eyes!

I got this out of my Glossybox this month, I'm sure its being sold in any drugstore too.

RRP £8

Real Technique brushes - Core Collection

Hello my lovelies! This week I want to be showing you the brushes that I've been enjoying a lot!!

CORE COLLECTION REAL TECHNIQUE BRUSHES

BUFFING BRUSH
This brush was recommended to me, unfortunately it cannot be purchased singly and is only available within the Core Collection kit. It's easier to applying foundation than the stippling brush by far (keep that for cream blushers), gives me a nice smooth coverage. I don't pack the foundation on, once I've mixed my shade in a palette I dip and build up to the desired coverage. I would recommend this if you like a more finished look to your foundation.

                                                                    CONTOUR BRUSH
I use this brush every single day and haven't had not one problem with it at all
This little brush does everything you want it too, not only does it give
you the most precise contour, you can use it for blending in your concealer aswell as
using a cream blush.

POINTED FOUNDATION BRUSH
The reason I like this brush is because it's smaller than other foundation brushes I own, it allows for more accurate applications. I use this for my under eye concealer as it always me more & quicker coverage than my other concealer brushes before blending it out.

DETAILER BRUSH
I quite like this brush, if you have any blemishes or any uneven pigmentation you
can just pop abit of concealer on the brush and almost 'pat' it on.
I also find if you dont want a heavy lipstick
and you want a light 'swipe on' you can apply it with this and
it will come out a lot more smoother and precise.

This is the bunch together. Overall I adore these brushes, I use them all everyday
and will carry on using them.
I definitely recommend these little babies.
The price of the core collection is £21.99

June favourites

Hello my lovelies! Today's post is what I've been loving this June, enjoy!
BATISTE DRY SHAMPOO
Batiste is quite a well known brand from the drugstore or supermarket. This scent is 'floral and flirty blush' which smells quite rosy. This lovely dry shampoo comes in different scents but all does the job exactly the same. It is an easy product to use. It promises to revitalise your hair and removes any grease. This works wonders for me,especially if your about to go out the door and your in a rush. A spray of this thoroughly through the hair does the trick, giving you plenty of volume as well.
                                                                            RRP £3

SOAP AND GLORY BODY BUTTER
I'm sure everybody has heard of Soap And Glory Soap and Glory are the undisputed champions of girly bath and  body products not to mention they make a mean face mask or two. In the quest for silky smooth skin I once again turned to Soap and Glorys body butter. First of all I feel the need to gush about the scent- the yummy softening shea butter and aloe vera- good enough to eat or what?! Sweet, uplifting and 100% scrumptious.
The rich creamy body lotion instantly sinks into your skin, once you apply it, the smell 'lingers' around for quite a good amount of hours which is delightful. The way I see it the quicker I can get dressed after applying any body moisturiser the better!
                                                               RRP travel size- £2.50
                                                                     Full size-£10.50

ECO TOOLS BLUSH BRUSH
As much as I love my Real Technique Brushes, I wanted to give the ECO TOOLS brushes a go! This is the blush brush, but personally I just use it for my powder, bronzer or blush. I like to call it my 'all over face' brush.
First impressions- I really like that its fine natural hair, and a tiny bit tapered which means you only have to put the product on the top and the bristles around the edge will simply just blend it in for you naturally.
                                                                          RRP £5

STILA CONVERTABLE CREAMY BLUSH IN LILIUM
It was only a matter of time, since I was left revelling in the beauty of Stila's Convertible Color in Gerbera, that I would be adding another shade to my collection. Welcome Lillium - A gorgeous perfect pink that is so warm and flattering for your cheeks and lips!  I just love the formulation and versatility of these products, so easy to pop on your cheeks for that just-pinched flush of colour or great to dab onto your lips for when you're on the go.
                                                                     RRP £16

BOURJOIS HEALTHY BALANCE POWDER
This gorgeous light fluffy powder that gives a boosted radiance with Asian fruit Therapy is incredible! When I saw the Bourjois healthy mix foundation, I wasn't to keen because it wasn't that great for oily skin 'apparently'. So When I popped into Boots I came across this Healthy Balance Powder which promises to give a 10 hours matte finish, I picked it up, gave it a swatch across my hand and the first thing I noticed that it was quite heavy, I still bought it. (obviously).
I gave it a shot and loved it! It lasts about 6 hours on me because I have oily skin, as I said. You do not need a lot of this as if you swirl alot on your brush it tends to go a bit cakey. Overall, fantastic product 100% recommend this.
                                                               RRP £5 - £8

I hope you all enjoyed reading what I've been enjoying
                                                                     this month.

Glossybox June 2013

Hiya guys! This is my first 'proper' blog post on something that I've been enjoying!

I can't believe its June already! Time really does fly by! I hope your all having a lovely month so far and enjoying some of the sunshine we've had!!! It seems the guys over at GlossyBox are as excited about the arrival of the sunshine (finally!) as we are and the June 2013 GlossyBox♦ First impressions .. i'm impressed! All full sized.
ORGANIC SURGE
This is a brand i'm quite familiar with, and have been enjoying it so far. This is the Organic Surge volume boost conditioner. Which promises to build body and shine, it has organic essential oils which having the oils will not weigh down your hair. So far so good! For 200ml this is a cost at just £5.99
MONU SPA HAND AND NAIL CREAM
I didn't get over excited when I saw or used this product. For me the texture is a quite thin oily texture but still melts in to your skin quite nicely and does the job.  I personally love the Soap and Glory Hand Food. For 50ml its priced at £10.95
 MEMEME COSMETICS
This brand I'm also quite familiar with, it's quite a well known brand too. This is one of MEMEME nail polishes, I wasn't to keen when I opened up the box and saw this. I tried it on my nail and thought it was a nice texture and colour, personally I wouldn't wear this on all of my nails, preferably the ring finger (accent nail). For full size this is priced at £5
FIGS AND ROUGE CHERRY BLOSSOM TINTED LIP BALM
Figs and Rouge is a brand that GlossyBox introduced me to a little while ago. I've been through two of their lip balms that come in the little tins and I absolutely love them so I was excited to see the Cherry Blossom tinted Lip balm. I love tinted lip balms, their so fun for a little pop of colour in the summer and the packaging is adorable! Full sized this costs £5
GOSH GROWTH MASCARA
And the last but not least product in my Glossybox. This is the GOSH growth mascara- I absolutely LOVE this product! I tried this with my eyelashes not curled and it was fab! When I did curl them they just popped and made my eyelashes look natural but fuller. I would definitely recommend this mascara if you want that bold eye, you can put as many layers of this you like and it would not clump at all. This is another full priced product and retails for £8.49

I hope you all enjoyed my first proper blog post on glossybox.
